摘要
为降低浮选精煤灰分,同时从煤泥中进一步回收高热值产品,新庄选煤厂基于浮选尾煤、浮选一、二、三、四室精煤煤质分析,研究了降低精煤灰分以及从煤泥中回收可燃体的可行性,并结合投资、空间、运行成本等因素来确定适合新庄选煤厂实际的煤泥再浮工艺,最终选择一粗一精三产品的浮选工艺。改造后,煤泥发热量由7.06MJ/kg降低至3.23MJ/kg,降低了3.83MJ/kg,多生产精煤4.6万t,年创效8335万元;同时为内部电厂供应可直接掺烧高热值浮中煤泥4万t,效益显著。
with an aim to reduce ash of clean coal and recover combustible matters with a high calorific value,an analysis is made of the quality of the tailing and concentrate products of the flotation machines first,second,third and fourth cells,in order to explore the feasibility of lowering ash of clean coal and recovering combustible matters from coal slime.Considering the capital input,space and operating costs,it is intended to select an appropriate reflotation process in line with the plants specific considerations.Finally,a 3-product reflotation process consisting of a rougher and a cleaner is selected.The renovation work has met with a significantly good result as evidenced by the reduction of calorific value of coal slime from 7.06 MJ/kg to 3.23 MJ/kg with a drop of 3.83 MJ/kg,a rise of yield of clean coal by 46,000 tons and an additional gain of economic revenue of 83.35 million yuan per year.And moreover over 40,000 tons of flotation middlings with a high calorific value can be supplied to the plants internal power station after direct mixing with clean coal.
