摘要
为了提高聚丙烯(PP)材料的阻燃性,本文制备了硼酸三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MPB)阻燃剂,将其与硅酮母粒、抗氧剂、PP按一定比例熔融共混制成阻燃聚丙烯。然后,采用万能试验机测试、红外光谱测试、极限氧指数测试(LOI)、烟密度(Ds)、热失重分析(TGA)等方法研究了其复配体系对PP力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:硼酸三聚氰胺磷酸盐能够提升PP的阻燃性,且随着添加量的增大,阻燃性能有着明显的提升;同时阻燃PP的拉伸强度和断裂强度均有所下降,断裂伸长率增大。
In order to improve the flame retardancy of polypropylene(PP)materials,a melamine borate phosphate(MPB)flame retardant was prepared in this paper,which was blended with silicone masterbatch in a certain proportion and added to PP to make flame-retardant polypropylene.The effects of its compound system on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of PP were studied by means of universal testing machine,infrared spectrum test,limiting oxygen index test(LOI),smoke density(Ds),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and other methods.The results show that:borate melamine phosphate can improve the flame retardancy of PP,and with the increase of the added amount,the flame retardancy has been significantly improved;at the same time,the tensile strength and breaking strength of flame-retardant PP have decreased,and the breaking elongation increase in length.
