摘要
甲烷芳构化对天然气资源的利用具有重要意义,ZSM-5分子筛由于其独特的孔道结构,被广泛应用于该反应体系。本文综述了ZSM-5分子筛的合成方法,包括水热合成法、无溶剂法和限定空间法,讨论了这些方法的优缺点。在此基础上,进一步简述了提高Mo基分子筛催化剂催化反应性能的策略,包括通过添加第二组分、改性分子筛表面酸性和制备核壳结构分子筛等催化剂改性方法来提高甲烷无氧芳构化反应性能,最后对甲烷无氧芳构化的发展前景进行了展望。
Methane aromatization is of great significance for the utilization of natural gas.ZSM-5 zeolite is widely used in the reaction system,due to its unique pore structure.The synthesis methods of ZSM-5 zeolite were reviewed,involving hydrothermal synthesis method,solvent-free synthesis method and confined space synthesis method.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.On this basis,the strategies for improving the catalytic performance of Mo-based zeolite catalysts were further reviewed.The catalytic performance of methane aromatization was improved by adding a second component,modifying the surface acidity and preparing core-shell zeolites.Finally,its development prospects were prospected.
