摘要
为了解决传统液压泵站存在的流量调节不准确、闸门运行不同步、故障排除困难等问题,总结以往液压泵站设计优缺点,在京杭运河苏北段淮安三号船闸中以电液比例换向阀为主要控制部件,并结合PLC编程、传感技术、计算机控制技术设计新型液压智能泵站系统。通过对淮安三号船闸闸阀门启闭力进行计算对比,对重要液压元件进行选型,经过两年运行,对改造后的效果进行了跟踪评价。运行结果表明:设计的新型液压智能泵站系统完全满足使用要求,并实现了闸阀门运行的智能控制、泵站运行的在线智能监测及液压系统故障智能报警等功能,达到了设计目标。
In order to improve the disadvantage of traditional hydraulic pump station such as incorrect flow adjustion,loss of synchronism of sluice,trouble shooting difficulties,based on summarizing advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic pump station,the hydraulic intelligent pump station with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as main control component,combined with PLC,sensor technology and computer technology was used in No.3 ship lock of Huaian in north Jiangsu province.The calculation for hoisting force of sluice and lock valve was contrasted,the important hydraulic components were selected.Tracking evaluation of the pump station was made after running for two years.The running result shows that the new designed hydraulic intelligent pump station fully meets usage requirements,its functions such as intelligent control of sluice and lock valve,running monitoring on-line,failure alarms of the hydraulic system are all realized,and the design goal is achieved.
