摘要
本文对装配式轻钢结构公共厕所的施工技术进行研究,采用整体吊装或者现场拼装两种建造方式,可灵活适用于各类环境及不同施工现场情况。整体吊装施工方式是在工厂预制底座、主体龙骨、墙体并拼装形成整体单元,整体单元运输到现场后吊装就位,现场完成地面铺装、门窗、设备设施安装。现场拼装施工方式是工厂预制底座、龙骨、墙体等模块,按模块构件分批运输至现场后依次拼装,地面铺装、门窗、设备设施安装可平行施工。通过广州市装配式公厕项目200余座公厕工程应用,大大缩短了现场施工的时间和周期,提高了安全文明绿色施工的水平。该技术实施效果良好,可为装配式轻钢结构公厕的施工提供参考。
This paper studied the construction technology of prefabricated light steel structure public toilets.Overall lifting and site assembling construction methods were adopted,which could be flexibly applied to all kinds of environments and different construction site conditions.The overall lifting construction method used to prefabricate the base,main keel and wall in the factory and assemble the whole unit in the factory.After the whole unit was transported to the site,it was lifted and installed,and the ground pavement,doors,windows,equipment and facilities were installed on the site.Site assembly construction method used the factory prefabricated base,keel,wall and other modules,which are transported to the site in batches and assembled in turn.Ground paving,doors,Windows,equipment and facilities installation were constructed in parallel.Through the application of more than 200 prefabricated public toilets in Guangzhou,the time and period of site construction were greatly shortened.And the level of safe,civilized and green construction were improved.The implementation of this technology was effective and could provide reference for producing and building other assembled light steel public toilets.
