摘要
目的观察对比翻转课堂联合角色扮演法在传染科带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月滨州医学院烟台附属医院接受的102名临床医学实习生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为联合组、常规组,各51名。常规组采取常规带教,联合组在常规组基础上以翻转课堂联合角色扮演法进行临床带教。比较两组入科、出科时学习态度、考核成绩及带教结束后对带教的满意度。结果与入科时相比,两组出科时学习态度、基础理论知识及临床实践技能评分均提高,且联合组提高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组带教结束后对带教的总满意度为92.16%,高于常规组的74.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合角色扮演法应用于传染科带教中可改善学生学习态度,提高带教效果,提升满意度。
Objective To observe and compare the effect of flipped classroom combined role-playing method in the teaching of infectious sciences.Methods A total of 102 clinical medical interns accepted by Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a combined group and a routine group with a random number table method,with 51 interns in each group.The routine group was given routine instructions,while the combined group was given clinical instructions by flipping the classroom and role playing method on the basis of the routine group.The learning attitude and assessment results when entering and leaving the department and the satisfaction with teaching after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the admission,the scores of learning attitude,basic theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the combined group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the combined group was 92.16%,higher than that of the routine group(74.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined role-playing method can improve students'learning attitude,improve the teaching effect,and increase satisfaction when applied to the teaching of infectious sciences.
