案例式情景模拟教学对实习医生心肺复苏掌握情况的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Case-Based Situational Simulation Teaching on the Grasp of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation of Practicing Doctors

摘要 目的分析案例式情景模拟教学对实习医生心肺复苏掌握情况的影响。方法以2020年1月—2022年1月东台市人民医院收入的实习医生62名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31名)和观察组(31名)。对照组采取传统教学方式,观察组采取案例式情景模拟教学方式,两组均教学3个月。统计两组教学3个月后考核情况、课程内容评价、学员对教学效果评价、教学满意度。结果教学完成后,观察组理论考试成绩、实践考试成绩、情景模拟考核成绩高于对照组,胸外按压、电除颤考核通过率、理论知识总掌握率、实践能力总提升率(93.55%、90.32%、93.55%、90.32%)高于对照组(70.97%、67.74%、74.19%、67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学完成后,观察组教学效果评价学员占比[对教学模式感兴趣、学习收获良好、课堂气氛活跃、可提高观察和应变能力、可提高专业知识、可提高临床操作规范程度、可促进人文关怀改进、可提高医患沟通能力、可增强团队协作能力(87.10%、90.32%、93.55%、87.10%、93.55%、93.55%、87.10%、90.32%、93.55%)]高于对照组(64.52%、64.52%、67.74%、64.52%、74.19%、70.97%、64.52%、67.74%、67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学完成后,观察组总满意率(93.55%)高于对照组(74.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式情景模拟教学对实习医生进行心肺复苏及喉罩建立气道进行教学,可有效提高学员考核成绩、技能考核通过率,改善学员对课程内容及教学效果评价,提高其满意度及团队技能,教学效果较好。 Objective To analyze the influence of case-based situational simulation teaching on the grasp of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 62 interns from Dongtai People's Hospital were taken as the research object,and they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases)by random number table method.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the case scenario simulation teaching was adopted in the observation group.Both groups were taught for 3 months.The assessment situation,course content evaluation,students'evaluation of teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups after 3 months of teaching were counted.Results After the completion of teaching,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in theory examination,practice examination and situational simulation examination.The passing rate of external chest compression and electrical defibrillation test,the total mastery rate of theoretical knowledge and the total improvement rate of practical ability(93.55%,90.32%,93.55%,90.32%)were higher than those of the control group(70.97%,67.74%,74.19%,67.74%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of students in the observation group's teaching effectiveness evaluation[interested in teaching mode,good learning gains,active classroom atmosphere,can improve observation and adaptability,can improve professional knowledge,can improve the degree of clinical operation standardization,can promote the improvement of humanistic care,can improve doctor-patient communication ability,can enhance teamwork ability(87.10%,90.32%,93.55%,87.10%,93.55%,93.55%,87.10%,90.32%,93.55%)]were higher than that in the control group(64.52%,64.52%,67.74%,64.52%,74.19%,70.97%,64.52%,67.74%,67.74%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the completion of teaching,the total satisfaction rate of observation group(93.55%)was higher than that of control group(74.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case scenario simulation teaching could effectively improve students'examination results,the passing rate of skill examination,the evaluation of course content and teaching effect,their satisfaction and team skills,and the teaching effect was good.
