摘要
历代医家对于血脉与经络的关系,众说纷纭,缺乏清晰明朗的阐释,造成后人认识及应用上的诸多混淆。通过对血脉、经络理论进行深入剖析,区分血脉和经络,进一步对其进行源流推演,明确古代医家通过解剖审视血脉,运用意象思维管窥经络。同时在哲学体用观的指导下,确立血脉理论的方法论规则为“由体而得用”,即血脉以血、脉为体,以血为用;经络理论的方法论规则为“由用而得体”,即经络以血气为体,以气为用。
The relationship between blood vessels and meridians had been controversial among medical practitioners throughout history,lacking clear explanations,resulting in many confusions in the understanding and application of later generations.By conducting in-depth analysis of the theories of blood vessels and meridians,distinguishing them and further deducing their origins,it was clear that ancient physicians examined blood vessels through anatomy and used imagery thinking to observe meridians.At the same time,under the guidance of the philosophical concept of body and function,the methodological rule of the theory of blood vessels was established as"use from the body",that was,blood vessels took blood and pulse as body,and blood was used as the function.The methodological rule of the meridian theory was"from use to body",which means that the meridians were based on blood and Qi as the body and Qi as the function.
