多孔聚醚醚酮保持架材料的FDM制备及其摩擦学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用熔融沉积成形(FDM)工艺制备了聚醚醚酮(PEEK)基自润滑轴承保持架材料,并围绕材料的制备、微观结构及宏观性能的协同设计进行了研究。结果表明:FDM工艺制备的PEEK多孔试样孔径大小满足多孔保持架材料的要求;多孔试样的含油率在一定程度上受其自身孔隙率的影响,孔隙率高的试样含油率也高,且总体表现出较高的含油保持率;在干摩擦条件下,试样的摩擦因数随着孔隙率的增大而增大;贫油润滑条件下与致密PEEK试样相比,多孔试样的摩擦因数下降明显,表现出了良好的自润滑效果;致密PEEK试样表现出了最佳的拉伸强度,而多孔试样的拉伸强度与其自身孔隙率密切相关且受造孔效果的协同影响。 The polyetheretherketone(PEEK)-based self-lubricating bearing cage materials are prepared by fused deposition modeling(FDM)process,and the synergistic design of preparation,microstructure and macroscopic properties of the materials are studied.The results show that:the pore size of porous PEEK samples prepared by FDM process meets the requirements of porous cage materials;the oil content of porous samples is affected by their porosity to some extent,the oil content of the samples with higher porosity is also higher,and the oil retention rate is generally higher;under dry friction conditions,the friction coefficient of the samples increases with the increase of porosity;under oil starvation lubrication conditions,the friction coefficient of porous samples decreases significantly compared with dense PEEK samples,exhibiting a good self-lubricating effect;the dense PEEK samples exhibit the best tensile strength,while the tensile strength of porous samples is closely related to their porosity and is synergistically influenced by effect of porogenesis.
