润滑脂特性与轴承噪声关联研究进展 被引量:2

Research Progress on Correlation Between Grease Characteristics and Bearing Noise

摘要 鉴于润滑脂对轴承降噪性能变得越来越重要,从润滑脂稠度、机械剪切、胶体安定性、热稳定性、摩擦学性能和流变性等方面对轴承噪声关联研究进行了综述。目前仅从选择原料和改变工艺条件等“表”相进行研究,还不能满足低噪声润滑脂的技术发展,因此需从润滑脂特性和降噪机理等“本”相研究开展工作。通过对国内低噪声润滑脂研究进展的归纳得出:锥入度越大,轴承噪声下降越多;机械剪切能削弱润滑脂的噪声性能;润滑脂分油量越大,轴承振动值越低;润滑脂受热分解后噪声性能下降;润滑脂的噪声性能与其摩擦因数、磨斑形貌有较明显的相关性;润滑脂流变指数越大,轴承最大噪声越小。以润滑脂特性判断和关联轴承噪声是可行的,建立严格的定量相关性或统一适用的模型还需要大量的试验研究。建议重视润滑脂流变参数与轴承噪声的关联,指导低噪声润滑脂研究开发,除关注低噪声润滑脂本身润滑寿命外,低噪声寿命同样需重视。 Considering that grease is becoming more and more important to noise reduction performance of bearings,the correlation research on bearing noise is reviewed in terms of consistency,mechanical shear,colloidal stability,thermal stability,tribological properties and rheological properties of grease.The existing research only focuses on"epiphase"aspects,such as selection of raw materials and change of process conditions,which cannot meet the technical development of low noise grease.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on"essential"aspects,such as grease characteristics and noise reduction mechanism.By summarizing the research progress on low noise grease at home,it is concluded that:the larger the penetration,the more the bearing noise reduces;the mechanical shear can weaken the noise performance of the grease;the larger the amount of bleeding of the grease,the lower the bearing vibration value;the noise performance of bearings decreases after thermal decomposition of the grease;the noise performance of the grease has obvious correlation with friction coefficient and wear scar morphology;the larger the rheological index of the grease,the smaller the maximum noise of bearings,etc.It is feasible to judge and correlate bearing noise with grease characteristics,and a large number of experimental researches are needed to establish strict quantitative correlation or unified applicable model.It is suggested to pay attention to correlation between grease rheological parameters and bearing noise,and guide the research and development of low noise grease.In addition to lubricating life of low noise grease itself,the low noise life should also be paid attention to.
