摘要
退休老年人再就业是响应国家积极老龄化战略的重要举措,我国退休老年人再就业能力亟待提升。社会教育是公共图书馆的职能。互联网、人工智能和大数据等现代技术条件下,公共图书馆社会教育方式产生了根本变革,公共馆应该责无旁贷承担起为退休老年人再就业赋能的使命。该文对退休老年人再就业的背景、阻碍因素进行了分析,并提出了公共图书馆赋能退休老年人再就业策略:发掘用户需求,激发赋能动力;建设特色化服务空间,构筑自主学习保障;实施嵌入式服务,增加学员学习黏性;提升再就业馆员素质,营造学员精神家园;协调再就业渠道,促进退休老人再就业率提升;推介创新实践,创立服务品牌。以期公共图书馆在创造性和挑战性服务实践中,实现自身的跨越式转型和发展。
The reemployment of retired elderly people is an important measure in response to the national active aging strategy,and the reemployment ability of retired elderly people in China urgently needs to be improved.Social education is the function of public libraries.Under the conditions of the Internet,artificial intelligence,big data and other modern technologies,the social education mode of public libraries has undergone fundamental changes,and public libraries should shoulder the responsibility of empowering retired elderly people for reemployment.This article analyzes the background and obstacles to the reemployment of retired elderly people,and proposes strategies for empowering retired elderly people with reemployment in public libraries:to stimulating empowerment by exploring user needs;to build a distinctive service space and ensure independent learning;to implement embedded services to increase students'learning stickiness;to improve the quality of re employment librarians and create a spiritual home for students;to coordinate reemployment channels and promote the increase in the reemployment rate of retired elderly people;to promote innovative practices and establish service brands.It aims to achieve leapfrog transformation and development of public libraries in creative and challenging service practices.
