摘要
目的:分析护士长真诚型领导对护士不良事件报告意向的影响以及护士自我效能感和工作满意度在其中的双重调节效应。方法:2020年9月,通过便利抽样对深圳市2家三级甲等医院的655名护士进行问卷调查。以真诚型领导量表、一般自我效能感量表、工作满意度量表和不良事件报告意向量表作为评定工具,采用描述性分析与分层回归分析法进行数据分析,并通过简单斜率法绘制调节效应图。结果:真诚型领导对护士不良事件报告意向有正向影响(β=0.349,P<0.001);自我效能感(β=-0.146,P<0.001)和工作满意度(β=0.067,P<0.01)及二者的交互项(β=0.071,P<0.01)在真诚型领导和护士不良事件报告意向之间均起到调节作用。结论:真诚型领导对护士不良事件报告意向有积极影响,护士自我效能感和工作满意度分别独立并联合增强了上述的积极影响。
Objective:To explore the effect of head nurses'authentic leadership on nurses'intention to report negative events,and to examine the moderating roles of nurses'self-efficacy and job satisfaction.Methods:In September 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 655 nurses from two tertiary grade A hospitals in Shenzhen.The authentic leadership scale,the self-efficacy scale,the job satisfaction scale and the intention to report negative event scale were used as measures.Descriptive analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were employed for data analysis.The moderating effect diagram through simple slope method was drawn.Results:The Authentic leadership(β=0.349,P<0.001)had a positive effect on nurses'intention to report negative events.Self-efficacy(β=-0.146,P<0.001),job satisfaction(β=0.067,P<0.01)and their interaction(β=0.071,P<0.01)had moderating roles between authentic leadership and nurses'intention to report negative events.Conclusion:Authentic leadership had a positive effect on nurses'intention to report negative events.Self-efficacy and job satisfaction independently and jointly enhanced the above positive relationships.
