摘要
国家大剧院艺术生产采用项目负责制的管理模式。本文以2021年国家大剧院在庆祝建党100周年之际制作的歌剧《党的女儿》为例,从制定计划、组织实施、沟通协调、监督控制等四个方面解析舞美统筹的工作职责。
The artistic production at the National Centre for the Performing Arts follows a project management approach.This essay uses the opera The Daughter of the Party,created by the National Centre for the Performing Arts in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 2021,as a case study to analyze the functions of stage design coordination in terms of planning,organizing implementation,communication coordination,and supervisory control.
