2017—2021年间长海县松材线虫病生物灾害损失评估 被引量:2

摘要 松材线虫是国际上重要的植物检疫对象,自1982年侵入中国以来,已对我国的松林生态系统造成了难以修复的生态灾害损失,严重威胁着我国国土生态安全。【目的】对近年来松材线虫病在长海县所造成的生物灾害损失进行定量评估,为今后制定科学有效的松材线虫病疫情防控策略提供参考和依据。【方法】将松材线虫病在长海县的实际发生防治数据(包括松材线虫病疫情发生面积和清理疫木数量等)作为基础数据,运用统计模型处理,进行生态灾害损失评估计算。【结果】经估算,2017年至2021年间松材线虫病疫情在长海县造成的直接经济损失为1 430.12万元,生态服务价值损失为3717.19万元,所造成的生态灾害损失总量为5 147.3万元,年均损失达到1 286.83万元。【结论】根据长海县松材线虫病疫情防控的实际情况,应用监测普查、疫木清理、媒介昆虫防治、打孔注干和强化检疫监管等技术措施,与行政措施相结合形成综合防控措施。在林业有害生物防治过程中力求达到防控成本与生态环境保护间的平衡,实现经济效益和生态效益双赢,以更好地应对松材线虫病的挑战。 Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is an important plant quarantine target worldwide.Since its invasion into China in 1982,pine wilt disease has caused irreparable ecological damage and posed a severe threat to the national ecological security of China,particularly in pine forest ecosystems.【Objective】This paper aims to quantitatively assess the biological disaster losses caused by pine wilt disease in Changhai county in recent years,and provide references and scientific basis for the development of effective strategies for the prevention and control of pine wilt disease in the future.【Method】In this study,actual occurrence and control data of pine wilt disease in Changhai county,including the affected area and the number of infested trees cleared,were used as baseline data.Statistical models were employed to process the data,and the assessment and calculation of ecological disaster losses were conducted.【Result】Based on estimation,the pine wilt disease outbreak in Changhai county resulted in direct economic losses of 14.3012 million yuan and ecological service value losses of 37.1719million yuan from 2017 to 2021.During this period,the total amount of ecological disaster losses caused by the outbreak was 51.473 million yuan,with an average annual loss of 12.8683 million yuan.【Conclusion】This study estimated the biological disaster losses caused by pine wilt disease in Changhai county from the perspectives of direct losses to forest trees and ecological value losses.Based on the actual situation of pine wilt disease prevention and control in Changhai county,this study proposed comprehensive prevention and control measures combining technical measures such as strengthening monitoring and surveying,clearing diseased wood,controlling vector insects,injecting and drying holes,and strengthening quarantine supervision with administrative measures.In the process of forestry pest prevention and control,efforts are made to achieve a balance between the cost of prevention and control and the protection of the ecological environment,and to achieve a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits,in order to better cope with the challenges of pine wilt disease.
