摘要
客观评价内蒙古风沙区生态环境质量,可辅助区域生态环境治理与高质量发展。以内蒙古风沙区腹地临河区为研究对象,选取1989、2000、2010、2021年4期Landsat系列遥感影像,采用主成分分析法(PCA)构建遥感生态指数模型(RSEI),从时间、空间2个尺度对临河区32 a间生态环境质量演变特征进行分析,针对RSEI模型不适用于大面积水域的情况,采用支持向量机(SVM)与转移矩阵分析水体演变同生态环境质量间的相关关系。结果表明,1989、2000、2010、2021年生态环境质量较差等级面积分别占研究区总面积的99.82%、90.97%、60.23%、93.66%,RSEI均值以2010年为转折点呈先增长后下降趋势,整体降幅13.90%;空间分布上,生态环境质量优、良、中等级区域主要位于林木覆盖区及黄河沿岸湿地;差等级区域主要位于城市、乡镇扩建区及工业园区;生态环境质量各等级空间重心迁移幅度较大;从时间尺度分析,93.58%的区域生态环境质量呈稳定发展态势,恶化区域较改善区域面积占比6.06%;研究区水体总面积锐减50.65 km^(2),水体演变面积达101.87 km^(2),整体对生态环境质量呈负面影响。RSEI高效、真实地刻画1989-2021年临河区生态环境质量演变进程,对于践行区域生态环境同城市化建设的协同高质量发展具有重要借鉴价值。
The eco-environmental conditions of the Inner Mongolia wind-sand area are closely related to the ecological security in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and even that around nationwide.An objective evaluation of the eco-environment quality of the Inner Mongolia Wind-Sand Area can assist regional eco-environmental governance and high-quality development.This study took the Linhe district,which is in the hinterland of the Inner Mongolia Wind-Sand Area as the research object and selected four periods Landsat series remote sensing images in 1989,2000,2010 and 2021,respectively to construct the remote sensing ecological index model(RSEI)adopting the principal component analysis(PCA).The evolution characteristics of eco-environment quality in the Linhe area in the past 32 years were analyzed from two scales of time and space.In response to the RSEI model not applicable for large-scale waters analysis,the support vector machine(SVM)as well as transfer matrix were used to evaluate the relationship between water body evolution with eco-environment quality.The results showed that the area of poor eco-environment quality grade accounted for 99.82%,90.97%,60.23%and 93.66%of the total area of the study area in 1989,2000,2010 and 2021,respectively.The average RSEI showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with 2010 as the turning point,with an overall decrease of 13.90%.In terms of spatial distribution,excellent,good and medium grades eco-environmental quality areas were mainly located in the forest covered region and the wetland along the Yellow River;poor grade area were mainly located in the cities and township expansion areas and industrial parks.The spatial barycentre of each grade had shifted greatly.From the time scale perspective93.58%of the regional eco-environmental quality showed a stable development trend,and the areas of deteriorated area accounted for 6.06%more than that of improved area.The total area of water in the study district decreased by 50.65 km^(2) and the area of water evolution reached 101.87 km^(2),which had a negative effect on the entirety eco-environment quality.RSEI effectively,accurately and truly depicts the evolution process of eco-environmental quality in Linhe district from 1989 to 2021,RSEI efficiently and truly depicts the evolution process of the ecological environment quality in Linhe District from 1989 to 2021,which has important reference value for practicing the synergism high-quality progress of the regional ecological environment and urbanization construction.
