节理形貌对节理动态力学特性影响试验研究

摘要 为全面评价不同节理形貌特征(吻合度和粗糙度)对节理动态法向力学特性的影响,本文根据新提出的节理形貌生成方法,基于全因子实验设计,生成了6种粗糙度和5种吻合度组合下的全部30个节理形貌,并结合3D打印技术和水泥胶砂浇筑方法制作出节理试样,采用SHPB装置开展冲击压缩测试,得到了不同形貌的节理的动态应力闭合量曲线,开展吻合度和粗糙度与节理动态力学参数的关联分析。结果显示,吻合度和粗糙度越小则节理动态刚度越弱,且吻合度对节理动态力学特性的影响大于粗糙度;吻合度和粗糙度对节理初始刚度的共同影响属于叠加影响,但在对节理最大闭合量的共同影响中,二者并不独立,而是存在交互作用。 For compressively evaluate the influence of joint surface topography on dynamic normal mechanical property of joint,a new joint surface topography generation method is proposed,and 30 joint morphologies under the combination of 6 kinds of joint roughness and 5 kinds of joint matching degree are generated base on Full Factorial DOE.According to the generated joint morphologies,30 joint specimens are prepared by using 3D print and Cement mortar pouring method.SHPB equipment is used to carry out a series of impact compression tests on the joint specimens,and dynamic stress-closure curves of joint with different morphologies are obtained.Correlation analysis on joint matching degree,joint roughness and joint dynamic mechanic parameters is carried out,and the result shows that joint dynamic stiffness decreases with the decreasing of joint matching degree and roughness,the influence of joint matching degree on joint dynamic mechanical property is greater than that of joint roughness.The influence of joint matching degree and joint roughness on joint initial stiffness can be cumulated,and the interaction effect of joint matching degree and joint roughness has influence on joint max closure.
