摘要
随着综采工作面集中化配置和刮板输送机的容量、长度不断增加,供电距离愈来愈长,供电系统运行状况将决定整个工作面的生产效率及安全。介绍一种井下刮板输送机长距离供电系统,使用高压变频器为系统核心进行控制与管理。该供电系统控制简单,启动转矩大,调速性能优异,有助于实现煤矿智能化。
With the centralized configuration of fully mechanized mining face,and increasing of the capacity and length of scraper conveyor,the power supply distance is longer and longer.The power supply system running condition will determine the production efficiency and safety of the whole working face.Introduced a long distance power supply system of underground scraper conveyer.The high voltage converter was used as the core of the system to control and manage.The power supply system has simple control,large starting torque and excellent speed regulation performance,which is conducive to the realization of intelligent coal mine.
