摘要
为了准确分析矿用负荷供电线缆的温度变化情况,基于电缆热路分析法建立了矿用电缆仿真模型。分别模拟了电缆在正常状态、老化以及绝缘层损伤时温度场与电场的分布情况。分析结果表明:电缆在正常状态运行时,内部场强最大,线芯温度最高;随着绝缘介电常数的下降,电缆内部场强增大、温度升高。通过分析不同情景的电缆场强与温度场分布,其结果可为煤矿负荷电缆的温度监测以及电缆寿命预测等提供一定的理论依据。
In order to accurately analyze the temperature change of the mine load power supply cable,the mine cable simulation model was established based on the cable thermal path analysis method.The distribution of temperature field and electric field of the cable in normal state,aging and insulation layer damage were simulated respectively.The analysis results show that the internal field strength is the largest and the core temperature is the highest when the cable operates in normal state;with the decrease of insulation dielectric constant,the internal field strength and temperature of the cable increase.By analyzing the distribution of cable field strength and temperature field in different scenarios,the results can provide a certain theoretical basis for temperature monitoring and cable life prediction of coal mine load cables.
