基于交互正交试验的锚杆钻机冲击凿岩参数匹配研究

摘要 隧道和巷道掘进过程中均需要对顶板和侧帮进行锚杆支护,因此锚杆支护的能效对巷道掘进安全与效率产生重要影响。针对锚杆钻机冲击钻孔中存在频繁卡钻、钻头磨损严重、效率低等问题,采用交互式正交试验和正交回归分析方法,对钻进系统工作参数及其交互作用进行高效冲击凿岩试验,并对影响钻进速度的主要工作参数进行回归正交分析,得到并验证钻进速度与主要工作参数的回归公式,探究工作参数对冲击凿岩效率影响以及岩石破碎效果与冲击设备工作参数的回归关系。研究结果表明,锚杆钻机冲击凿岩参数对破岩效率影响显著性顺序依次为:冲击功率>推进力>转速>冲击功率和推进力交互作用>冲击功率和转速交互作用>转速和推进力交互作用;同时,冲击功率对钻进速度有显著影响,推进力对钻进速度有一定影响,而转速、冲击功率和推进力交互作用、冲击功率和转速交互作用、转速和推进力交互作用等在其水平范围内影响不明显。 Roof bolting and side bolting are required during tunnel and roadway boring,so the energy efficiency of bolting has an important impact on the safety and efficiency of tunnel and roadway boring.In view of the problems of frequent sticking,severe wear and tear of drill bit and low efficiency during percussive drilling of the roofbolter,the interactive orthogonal experiments and orthogonal regression analysis are adopted to carry out highefficiency percussive drilling tests on the operating parameters of the drilling system and their interactions,and regression orthogonal analysis is carried out on the main operating parameters which affect the drilling speed to obtain and verify the regression formula of the drilling speed and the main operating parameters and to explore the influence of operating parameters on the efficiency of percussive drilling,as well as the regression relationship between the rock crushing effect and the operating parameters of the percussive equipment.The research results show that the order of significance of the influence of the percussive drilling of the roofbolter on the rock crushing efficiency is as follows:percussive power>feed force>rotational speed>interaction between percussive power and feed force>interaction between percussive power and rotational speed>interaction between rotational speed and feed force.At the same time,percussive power has a significant impact on the drilling speed,feed force has a certain impact on the drilling speed,while rotational speed,interaction between the percussive power and feed force,interaction between the percussive power and rotational speed and interaction between the rotational speed and feed force have insignificant impact within their ranges.
