摘要 对于油品中的含硫化合物,传统的加氢脱硫工艺对硫醇、硫醚和硫化氢等含硫化合物脱除效果显著,但对噻吩类大分子含硫化合物的脱除效果不佳。在非加氢脱硫工艺中,氧化脱硫工艺不仅可以有效脱除噻吩类含硫化合物,并且反应条件温和、经济环保,是目前非加氢脱硫技术中最具潜力的燃油脱硫技术。氧化脱硫可以有效去除燃料油中的噻吩类含硫化合物,其中氧化剂和催化剂是氧化脱硫反应的关键。综述了几种不同的氧化剂和催化剂在氧化脱硫中的效果,为燃油氧化脱硫的应用提供一定的参考。 For sulfur-containing compounds in oil,the traditional hydrodesulfurization process has a significant effect on the removal of sulfur-containing compounds such as thiols,sulfides and hydrogen sulfide,but the removal effect on thiophene macromolecular sulfur-containing compounds is not good.In the non-hydrodesulfurization process,the oxidative desulfurization process can not only effectively remove thiophene-containing sulfur-containing compounds,but also has mild reaction conditions,economic and environmental protection,which is the most potential fuel oil desulfurization technology in the current non-hydrodesulfurization technology.Oxidative desulfurization can effectively remove thiophene-containing sulfur-containing compounds in fuel oil,in which oxidants and catalysts are the key to oxidative desulfurization reaction.In this paper,the effects of several different oxidants and catalysts in oxidative desulfurization were reviewed,which could provide a certain reference for the application of fuel oxidative desulfurization.
