摘要
针对动车组抖车、晃车异常振动发生时,振型较单一且模态阻尼比下降的特点,提出一种基于运行模态参数辨识的动车组异常振动监测技术。采用时域模态分析方法,对车体振动加速度进行实时计算,获得模态频率、阻尼比和参与因子,根据模态参与因子确定当前振动的主导振型,由主导振型的模态频率判断是否存在动车组异常振动,并根据模态阻尼比对动车组异常振动的严重程度进行量化分级报警。动车组车体平稳性监测装置现场服役跟踪数据验证表明,该技术具有较高的识别精度。
In view of the characteristics of single vibration mode and reduced modal damping ratio in case of abnormal vibration caused by EMU shaking and lurching,this paper proposes a monitoring technology for abnormal vibration of EMU based on operation modal parameter identification.The time-domain modal analysis method is used to calculate the vibration acceleration of the carbody in real time,through which the modal frequency,damping ratio and participation factor can be obtained.Then the dominant vibration mode of the current vibration can be determined according to the modal participation factor,and the modal frequency of the dominant vibration mode can be used to judge whether there is abnormal vibration of EMU.Based on the modal damping ratio,a quantitative grading alarm for the severity of abnormal vibration of EMU can be performed.The verification of on-site service tracking data of EMU carbody stability monitoring device shows that this technology has high identification accuracy.
