摘要
传统的人工钢筋骨架质量检测手段存在工作量大、工作效率低、安全风险大、易导致钢筋笼变形等问题。因此,将三维逆向工程与BIM、人工智能等信息化技术融合,应用于预制装配式混凝土构件钢筋骨架检测。针对钢筋骨架智能化检测相关5个技术领域进行广泛调研,总结实现钢筋骨架智能化检测面临的科学问题。从上述科学问题出发,设计基于三维激光扫描的自动化钢筋骨架质量检测系统架构。该架构由点云数据采集成套装备、点云去噪及复杂形状单根钢筋对象识别模块、钢筋骨架质量自动化检测模块3部分组成,在钢筋骨架质量检测过程中,可避免人为干扰、提高检测效率和精度,实现补足装配式钢筋混凝土结构建筑工业化技术短板的目标。
The traditional quality inspection methods of steel reinforcement framework have problems such as heavy workload,low work efficiency,high safety risk and easy deformation of reinforcing cage.Therefore,this paper integrates 3D reverse engineering with BIM,artificial intelligence and other information technologies to inspect the prefabricated framework of steel reinforcement.Through extensive investigation in 5 technical fields related to intelligent inspection of steel reinforcement framework,the scientific problems faced in realizing its intelligent inspection are summarized.Starting from the above-mentioned problems,this paper designs an architecture of automatic quality inspection system for steel reinforcement framework based on 3D laser scanning.The architecture consists of three parts:a complete set of point cloud data acquisition equipment,a point cloud denoising and object identification module of complex-shaped single reinforcement,and an automatic quality inspection module for steel reinforcement framework.This quality inspection process can avoid human interference,improve inspection efficiency and accuracy,and achieve the goal of making up for the shortcomings in industrial technology of precast reinforced concrete construction.
