摘要
为了最大限度消除腐败的滋生土壤,有必要从制度和思想两方面着手,构建廉洁风险全面防控体系,一体化推进风险防控和廉洁文化建设,在进一步持续完善与新发展格局相适应的风险治理体系的同时,筑牢思想防线,坚持不懈涵养风清气正的政治生态。青岛市纪委监委驻青岛银行纪检监察组结合全国查办的金融领域腐败问题的典型案例,以及调研情况,对金融领域腐败问题的基本特征、表现形式、成因分析、治理措施等内容进行了分析,并提出工作建议。
Under the new historical conditions,crackdown on the corruption in the financial sector has become an important part for China's anti-corruption campaign and a key task for the prevention and resolution of financial risks in China in the future.The author points out that in order to remove the breeding ground for corruption to the largest extent,it is necessary to strengthen efforts in the institutions,ideologies and culture of integrity,build a system to comprehensively prevent and control the corruption risks in an integrated and coordinated way.While developing a risk governance system in line with the new development pattern,we should work to foster a political ecology of ethics and integrity and firmly build the line of defense against corruption in our mind.
