摘要
本文简要介绍了精益生产思想,给出了看板管理精益优化工具,以N公司装配产线为视角,分析其现存的生产不足:工人生产经验较少、生产效率低下、产品质量不均;探索了以精益思想改善N车辆装配产线的对策:加强资源管理、优化装配产线、加强质量管理,以此发展精益思想功能,完善装配产线的管理方案,促进汽车生产行业有序发展。
This paper briefly introduces the idea of lean production,provides the lean optimization tool of Kanban management,and analyzes the existing production deficiencies from the perspective of the assembly line of Company N:workers have less production experience,low production efficiency,and uneven product quality.The countermeasures to improve the N vehicle assembly production line with lean thinking were explored to strengthen the resource management,optimize assembly production lines,and strengthen quality management,so as to develop lean thinking functions,improve the management scheme of assembly production lines,and promote the orderly development of the automobile production industry.
