摘要
功率型锂离子电池具有功率密度高、充放电稳定性好、循环寿命长等特点,已广泛应用于电动汽车。随着功率输出的增加,发热的增加会显著影响电池性能,因此,电动汽车中锂离子电池的热管理非常重要。而基于热管的电池热管理系统具有结构紧凑、灵活、成本低、导热系数高等优点,本文讨论热管耦合风冷在锂离子电池热管理系统中的应用,来增强锂离子电池的热性能。
Power Li-ion batteries with high power density,good charge/discharge stability and long cycle life have been widely used in electric vehicles.With the increase of power output,the increase of heat generation will significantly affect the battery performance,therefore,the thermal management of Li-ion batteries in electric vehicles is very important.The heat pipe-based battery thermal management system has the advantages of compact structure,flexibility,low cost and high thermal conductivity.This paper discusses the application of heat pipe coupled air cooling in the thermal management system of lithium-ion battery to enhance the thermal performance of lithium-ion battery.
