摘要
以“上岗靠竞聘、收入比贡献”的企业文化为引领,强化品牌建设,完善质量管理体系,开展质量首件样板建设,实施样板引路。以高纯晶硅项目为示范,以质量样板标准图集为基础建设统一视觉化的质量标准,打造便于理解与监督的化工建筑产品质量管理体系,提升企业质量品牌,走高质量发展之路。针对项目剧毒、洁净等安装特点,培育10余个专业核心作业队伍,强化专业分工,形成企业核心劳务资源库。以多晶硅行业项目创优为示范,强化创优理念,建设国家品牌优质工程,引领行业高质量发展。通过推广应用,促进项目开发,连续承揽多个大型高纯晶硅项目,其中四川永祥高纯晶硅项目获国家优质工程,创精品工程,助力中国高纯晶硅领跑世界。
Guided by the corporate culture of“relying on competition for employment and contributing to income ratio”,we will strengthen brand building,improve the quality management system,carry out the construction of quality f irst article samples,and implement sample guidance.Take the high-purity crystalline silicon project as a demonstration,build a unif ied Visualization quality standard based on the quality sample standard atlas,create a chemical construction product quality management system that is easy to understand and supervise,improve the quality brand of the enterprise,and take the road of high-quality development.In response to the highly toxic and clean installation characteristics of the project,we have cultivated more than 10 professional core operation teams,strengthened professional division of labor,and formed a core labor resource pool for the enterprise.Taking the excellence creation of polycrystalline silicon industry projects as a demonstration,strengthening the concept of excellence creation,constructing national brand high-quality projects,and leading the high-quality development of the industry.By promoting application and promoting project development,we have continuously undertaken multiple large-scale high-purity crystalline silicon projects.Among them,the Yongxiang high-purity crystalline silicon project in Sichuan has won the national high-quality project and created a high-quality project,helping China’s high-purity crystalline silicon lead the world.
