分散微固相萃取技术在茶饮料农药残留量检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立DMSPE-超高效液相色谱/三重四极杆质谱检测茶饮料中10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的方法。方法:使用分散微固相萃取(Dispersed Micro Solid Phase Extraction,DMSPE)方法预处理样品,采用超高效液相色谱/三重四极杆质谱法检测茶饮料中的10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量。结果:在特定浓度范围内,10种氨基甲酸酯类农药线性关系良好(R2>0.990)。方法检出限为0.13~4.72μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.39~14.20μg·kg^(-1)。20.0μg·L^(-1)、100.0μg·L^(-1)、500.0μg·L^(-1)加标水平的加标回收率为56.6%~111.7%,精密度(RSD)为0%~13.10%,重复测试RSD为0.52%~9.45%,均符合国家标准要求。结论:该前处理技术可以一次完成样品的提取、富集和净化,操作简便、快捷,成本较低,方法灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于检测茶饮料中多种氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留量。 Objective:To establish an DMSPE-ultra performance liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of ten carbamate pesticide residues in tea beverages.Method:The samples were pretreated by dispersed micro solid phase extraction(DMSPE),and the 10 carbamate pesticide residues were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in tea beverages.Result:The linearity of the 10 carbamate pesticides was good(R2>0.990)in the specific concentration range.The limits of detection of the method was 0.13~4.72μg·kg^(-1) and the limits of quantification was 0.39~14.20μg·kg^(-1).The spiked recoveries at the spiked levels of 20.0μg·L^(-1),100.0μg·L^(-1) and 500.0μg·L^(-1) was 56.6%~111.7%,and the precision(RSD)was 0%~13.10%,the RSD of the repeated test was 0.52%~9.45%,which were in accordance with the requirements of national standards.Conclusion:The pretreatment technology can complete the extraction,enrichment and purification of samples at one time,which is simple,fast,low cost,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,and can be used to detect the content of various carbamate pesticide residues in tea beverages.
