摘要
新一代测序技术以其高通量、高信息量为优势,随着检测成本的降低及技术的迭代,在养猪中已经逐步得到应用,成为必不可少的技术工具。本文首先对常用的测序技术(全基因组测序、宏基因组测序、外显子测序、简化基因组测序和转录组测序)进行概述,继而对其在养猪中的应用进行综述,最后做出总结并对其应用前景加以展望。
Nest generation sequencing technologies,with its advantages of high throughput and high in-formation content,has gradually been applied in pig with the reduction of detection costs and technologi-cal iteration,becoming an essential technical tool.This paper first summarizes the commonly used se-quencing technologies(whole genome sequencing,metagenomic next-generation sequencing,exon se-quencing simplified genome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing),then reviews their applications in pig production,and finally summarizes the application of sequencing technologies and prospects its application in the future.
