摘要
随着人工智能技术的高速发展,如今越来越多的体力与脑力劳动都可以通过人工智能来完成,人工智能正在改变社会的就业格局。然而在现实中,人工智能技术对就业的影响受到多重因素的影响,并非仅受技术成熟度的影响,还受到替代成本、社会文化等因素的影响。因此,一项人工智能技术如何影响未来就业将成为值得探究的问题。文章运用三维BCG矩阵“技术-经济-文化”的分析框架,对各行各业进行拓展分类,评估人工智能如何影响不同行业类别的就业形势。最后,本研究针对不同类别的就业场景提供了启示与建议,旨在通过分析技术、经济、文化3个因素,评估人工智能技术对就业产生的影响。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,more and more physical and mental labor can be completed through artificial intelligence,and artificial intelligence is changing the employment pattern of society.However,in reality,the impact of artificial intelligence technology on employment is influenced by multiple factors,not only by technological maturity,but also by factors such as substitution costs and social culture.Therefore,how an artificial intelligence technology affects future employment will become a question worth exploring.The article uses the analytical framework of the three-dimensional BCG matrix“Technology-Economy-Culture”to expand and classify various industries,and evaluate how artificial intelligence affects the employment situation in different industry categories.Finally,this study provides insights and suggestions for different types of employment scenarios,aiming to evaluate the impact of artificial intelligence technology on employment by analyzing three factors:technology,economy,and culture.
