面向增材制造和拓扑优化的火箭管路支架设计制造研究 被引量:1

Research on Design and Manufacture of Rocket Pipeline Bracket for Additive Manufacturingg and Topology Optimization

摘要 在对某焊接管路支架进行一体化设计和分析选区激光熔化(selectire laser melting,SLM)技术约束要点的基础上,采用SLM技术制造了四种不同材料的管路支架,分析了所制备支架的宏微观结构和力学性能,并对支架进行了拓扑优化设计。结果表明:SLM技术加工的管路支架在宏微观结构无明显的冶金缺陷,力学性能满足标准要求;在边界和承载能力相同的情况下,拓扑优化后的管路支架重量较初始设计减轻36.6%。结果验证了基于增材制造和拓扑优化的设计方法在结构设计方面的可行性,为同类结构的轻质高强设计、制造提供了有益参考。 Based on the integrated design of a welded pipe bracket and analysis of key constraint points of SLM,four brackets made of four different materials were manufactured by using SLM technology.The macro-microstructure and mechanical properties of the brackets were analyzed,and the topology optimization design of the bracket was carried out.The results show that the macro-microstructure of the brackets processed by SLM has no significant metallurgical defects,and the mechanical properties of the brackets meet the standard requirement.Under the condition of same boundary and load,the weight of the bracket after topology optimization is reduced by 36.6% compared with the initial design.The results verify the feasibility of the proposed method in structural design,and it provides a helpful reference for the lightweight design and manufacture of similar structure.
