摘要
钛及其合金材料凭借优良性能被广泛应用在航空航天等领域。复杂的运行工况对钛合金的综合性能提出了更高要求。表面纳米化技术通过在表面制备纳米晶结构层,可显著改善材料表面性能。介绍了钛及钛合金表面自纳米化相关技术的研究现状,对相关工艺的加工方式以及材料的变形机理进行了阐述,分析了各种表面自纳米化技术的工艺特点。最后,针对现有研究中存在的问题,对今后的研究工作进行了展望。
Titanium and its alloy materials are widely used in aerospace and other fields with their excellent properties.Complex operating conditions have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive performance of titanium alloy.Surface nanotechnology can significantly improve the material surface properties by preparing nanocrystalline structural layers on the surface.The research technology of titanium and titanium alloy surface were introduced.The processing methods and deformation mechanism of materials were expounded,and the process characteristics of various surface self-nanocrystallization technologies were analyzed.Finally,the future research work was discussed.
