基于教学设计层次理念的教师能力提升工程2.0校本研修

摘要 教师能力提升工程2.0校本研修的目标是要全面促进信息技术与教育教学融合创新发展。而教师教育教学融合创新发展能力不足的根本原因就是对信息化教学设计内涵理解的缺失。理解信息化教学设计内涵可以从教育目标、教学模式和教学交互三方面的层次观念进行深入阐述。文章对提高教师信息化教学设计能力和指导教师能力提升工程2.0校本研修都有着非常重要的现实意义。 The goal of School-based Research and Training for Teachers'Competence Enhancement Project 2.0 is to comprehensively promote the innovative development of the integration of information technology and education and teaching.The root cause of the lack of teachers'ability of integrated innovation and development is the lack of understanding of the connotation of information-based instructional design.Understanding the connotation of information-based instructional design can be deeply elaborated from three levels of concepts:educational objectives,teaching modes and teaching interaction.The paper has important practical significance for improving teachers'information-based instructional design ability and guiding School-based Research and Training for Teachers'Competence Enhancement Project 2.0.
