摘要
长久以来我国农产品质量安全事故频发,究其根源是对质量信息不对称下的农产品供应链缺乏有效治理,滋生机会主义,导致农产品质量的不稳定与失控。区块链技术的透明性、可追溯性、不可篡改等特性能够极大提高农产品供应链的信息化水平,提高农产品溯源认证体系的信息安全透明度,同时,区块链的制度技术属性,可以协同物联网等技术为农产品溯源认证体系提供有效的数字制度供给,高效协同农产品认证与农产品溯源2个体系,降低农产品质量安全的治理成本。为此,以农产品质量安全为视角,探讨区块链技术嵌入农产品供应链治理在质量安全应用场景中的优化作用。
Problems on agricultural product quality and safety are found frequently in China.The root cause is the lack of effective governance of the agricultural product supply chain,which leads to opportunism and consequently the instability and uncontrolled quality of agricultural products.Therefore,the transparency,traceability,and non tampering characteristics of blockchain technology can greatly improve the informatization level of the agricultural product supply chain and improve the information security transparency of the agricultural product traceability certification system.In addition,together with technologies such as Internet of Things,the blockchain technology can provide an effective digital system to synchronize agricultural certification and traceability systems so as to reduce the cost on agricultural product quality and safety governance.Therefore,this article explores the optimization role of blockchain technology embedded in agricultural product supply chain governance in quality and safety application scenarios.
