摘要
燃料资源短缺,作为清洁的可再生能源,利用太阳能光催化分解水制氢是理想方法之一。二维材料GeTe具有潜在光催化性能。通过层数调控双层GeTe堆叠方式,来调控GeTe的结构从而来进一步调节物质结构的电子性质、带边位置以及在光催化性能的应用。
There is a shortage of fuel resources.As a clean and renewable energy,it is one of the ideal methods to make hydrogen by photocatalytic decomposition of water with solar energy.Two-dimensional material GeTe has potential photocatalytic performance.In this paper,GeTe with potential photocatalytic properties was explored using first-principles calculations based on density functional theory.By regulating the number of double-layer GeTe stacking,the structure of GeTe was regulated to further regulate the electronic properties of the material structure,the edge position and the application of photocatalytic properties.
