摘要
配伍是中药减毒的手段之一,运用现代科学技术阐明配伍减毒的分子机制是解决中药毒性问题的关键。近年来随着药物代谢和代谢组学技术的发展,在基于代谢的中药配伍减毒机制研究方面有许多进展。合理的配伍可以影响外源性物质的代谢,继而减轻生物碱类、萜类及苷类等成分的毒性。同时,配伍后的中药成分进入体内后还可以介入内源性物质的代谢,使机体回调到平衡状态,减轻蒽醌类、萜类、苷类和重金属类成分的毒性。此外,药物对代谢酶的诱导或抑制可能引发药物间相互作用,导致药物疗效降低或产生毒性。本文从配伍影响外源性和内源性物质代谢两方面,探讨常见中药配伍减毒的机制,意图为临床组方用药提供科学依据,也为中药现代化研究做参考。
Compatibility is one of the methods to reduce toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),using modern science and technology to elucidate the molecular mechanism of compatibility reduction is the key to solve the toxicity problem of TCM.In recent years,with the development of drug metabolism and metabolomics technology,there has been a lot of progress in the research on the mechanism of toxicity reduction of TCM compatibility based on metabolism.This paper found that reasonable compatibility can affect the metabolism of exogenous substances,and then reduce the toxicity of alkaloids,terpenoids,and glycosides.After entering the body.The Chinese medicine components can be intervened in the metabolism of endogenous substances,so that the body can return to the equilibrium state and reduce the toxicity ofanthraquinones,terpenoids,glycosides and heavy metals.At the same time,the induction or inhibition of Drug-metabolizing enzymes by drugs may trigger drug-drug interactions,leading to drug treatment failure or toxicity.Therefore,this study will discuss the mechanism of decreasing toxicity through the compatibility of TCM from the perspective of the metabolism of exogenous substances and endogenous substances,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical prescription and further promote the modernization of Chinese medicines.
