摘要
高校人事管理系统构建的目的在于提高工作效率,规范业务流程,实现跨部门工作数据的互联互通共享,为管理者的决策提供依据。文章总结了人事管理信息系统的特点,阐述了高校建设人事管理信息系统的意义,分析了其在高校人力资源管理中的实际应用,并对高校人事管理信息化建设提出了建议。
The purpose of constructing a university personnel management system is to improve work efficiency,standardize business processes,achieve interconnection and sharing of cross-departmental work data,and provide a basis for decision-making for managers.This article summarizes the characteristics of personnel management information systems,explains the significance of building personnel management information systems in universities,analyzes their practical application in university human resource management,and provides a summary of recommendations for the digitalization of university personnel management.
