摘要
综述了三醛树脂(酚醛树脂,脲醛树脂,三聚氰胺树脂)阻燃剂的研究进展。其中酚醛树脂阻燃重点介绍了金属氧化物阻燃、石墨烯阻燃、硼酸锌阻燃和二乙基次磷酸铝阻燃;在脲醛树脂阻燃中主要论述了聚磷酸铵阻燃和三聚氰胺阻燃;三聚氰胺树脂阻燃着重介绍了氢氧化铝阻燃和聚磷酸铵阻燃。首先分类介绍了各种阻燃剂对树脂材料阻燃和抑烟的影响,然后对三种醛基热固性树脂未来的阻燃发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper reviews the research progress of three kinds aldehyde resin(phenolic resin,urea formaldehyde resin,melamine-formaldehyde resin)flame retardant in recent years.Among them,phenolic resin flame retardant focuses on metal oxide flame retardant,graphene flame retardant,zinc borate flame retardant and aluminum diethylphosphinate flame retardant;in the flame retardant of urea-formaldehyde resin,ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant and melamine flame retardant are mainly discussed.Melamine-formaldehyde resin flame retardant focuses on aluminum hydroxide flame retardant and ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant.Firstly,the effects of various flame retardants on flame retardancy and smoke suppression of resin materials were introduced.Then,the future development trend of flame retardancy of three kinds aldehyde thermosetting resins was prospected.
