摘要
基于以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导的“双一流”高校建设的现实国家战略,国内高校经济活动的日趋复杂给高校财务队伍建设和人才培养的模式带来挑战。通过对高校财务队伍建设和人才培养面临的问题以及产生的原因进行分析,剖析高校财务队伍工作方式、管理模式现状。在此基础上提出了科学有效的办学方法,促进财务管理的规范化和制度化,构建高校财务队伍建设和人才培养的评价指标体系,从而实现资源的有效配置,并服务于高校各项事业高质量发展。
Based on the realistic national strategy of building“Double First-Class”universities guided by Xi Jinping Thought on So-cialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the increasingly complex economic activities of domestic universities have brought challenges to the models of university financial team construction and talent training.By analyzing the problems and causes faced by the construction of the financial team and talent cultivation in universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the working methods and management models of the financial team in universities.On this basis,a more scientific and effective educational model has been proposed to promote the standardization and institutionalization of financial management,construct an evaluation index system for the construction of university financial teams and talent cultivation,and achieve effective resource allocation and serve the high-quality development of various undertakings in universities.
