河南某地锡锂铍铌钽矿石矿物学特征及可选性研究

摘要 为查清河南某地锡锂铍铌钽矿石性质,通过化学分析、X衍射、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析等岩矿测试技术手段,对该矿石的化学组成、矿物组成、矿物粒度和嵌布特征,以及锡锂铍铌钽元素的赋存状态进行了详细的矿物学研究。结果表明,该矿石的矿物组成极为复杂,矿物共生关系多样,粒度大小不一。有用矿物成分主要为锂辉石、绿柱石、铌钽铁锰矿、细晶石、锡石等,非金属矿物成分主要为石英、长石等。通过强磁选、重选和浮选的工艺流程,可对该矿产资源中有用成分进行综合回收利用。 In order to find out the properties of the Sn-Li-Be-Nb-Ta ore in a certain place in Henan province,a detailed mineralogical study was carried out on the chemical composition,mineral composition,mineral size,and distribution characteristics of the ore and the occurrence state of Sn-Li-Be-Nb-Ta elements by means of chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results showed that the mineral composition of the ore was extremely complex,the mineral symbiosis relationship was diverse,and the particle size was different.The useful mineral components were mainly spodumene,beryl,niobium tantalum ferromanganese,fine crystal,cassiterite,and so on.The non-metallic mineral components were mainly quartz,feldspar,and so on.Through the technological process of high-intensity magnetic separation,gravity separation,and flotation,the useful components in the mineral resources can be comprehensively recycled.
