物探节点布收车越障稳定性分析与底盘结构优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 石油勘探时,地震节点具有布设范围广、布设地形复杂等特点,作业工况复杂恶劣多变,对物探节点布收车稳定、安全、高效性带来了巨大挑战。为此以物探节点布收车履带底盘作为研究对象,建立了整车动力学与振动模型,分析越障前两阶段的力学关系,开展底盘动力学和瞬态响应特性分析,最后基于响应面法对影响稳定性的关键因素进行影响规律分析,并对底盘结构进行优化。结果表明:优化后的物探节点布收车在越障时平顺性增加了7.97%,冲击减少了57.43%,履带机架右前梁连接处、立柱-中横梁连接处、主梁-后横梁连接处的最大应力分别减少了8.02%,9.37%,6.22%,满足了底盘强度要求,提高了车辆稳定性与安全。 During petroleum exploration,detectors’setting place has a wide deployment and complex terrain.The vehicle has complex and changing working conditions.It is a great challenge to geophysical prospecting detector set-recovery vehicle stability,safety and efficiency.The vehicle tracked chassis was thus treated as a research object,a vehicle model and a vibration model were developed.The mechanical relationship between the two phases before crossing the barrier was analyzed.The kinetic and transient response characterization was carried out.At last,factors affecting stability with response surface method were analyzed.Results show that optimized vehicle smoothness increase by 7.97%,the impact was 57.43%smaller.The crawler frame’s right-front beam,column-middle beam,and main-back beam maximum stress were reduced by 8.02%,9.37%,and 6.22%,respectively.The vehicle has a sufficient strength and improves stability and security.
