摘要
近年来,很多高等院校在校外实习基地建设中投入了大量的人力、财力和物力,但基地的质量和建设效果却不尽人意。我们基于服务需求,成效导向的基本原则,构建了河北大学生物技术专业集“虚拟仿真训练、参观认知实习、教学式生产及实操训练”于一体的多维度实习实训体系和全方位、全过程的实习实训管理制度体系。经过两届学生实践检验,表明该实习实训体系及运行管理模式对于培养学生专业兴趣,提高学生行业相关知识水平,乃至促进学生毕业后从事专业相关工作都具有重要作用,取得了良好的育人效果。本文介绍了河北大学近年来在生物技术专业进行实习实训教学改革的一些做法和经验,以期为国内同类高校生物技术专业实习实训教学的开展提供借鉴。
In recent years,many colleges and universities have input a lot of manpower,financial power and material resources in the construction of off-campus internship base;however the quality and construction effect of the base can not be a satisfaction.Based on the basic principles of service demand and result-oriented,"a multi-dimensional practice and training system for biotechnology major in Hebei University,integrated three dimensions:virtual simulation training,visiting cognition practice,teaching production and practical operation training"system was constructed.After two sessions of student practice tests,it showed that the practice training system and operation management mode play an important role in fostering students'professional interest,improving students'industry-related knowledge level,and even promoting students to engage in professional work after graduation,and has achieved a good education effect.This paper introduces some practices and experiences of the practice and training teaching reform of biotechnology major in Hebei University recently so as to provide reference for the practice and training teaching of biotechnology major in similar universities in China.
