摘要
基于现有轮盘加热方式和航空发动机轮盘强度考核试验需求,对轮盘大梯度温度场的建立方法进行了研究。采用ANSYS软件对轮盘进行热分析仿真,通过增加冷却水套的方法建立轮盘梯度温度场,研究了冷却水套覆盖面积、对流换热系数和冷却水温度对温度场的影响。研究发现,增加冷却水套覆盖面积可有效提高轮盘的温度梯度,而改变冷却水套的对流换热系数和冷却水温度对轮盘温度场的影响很小。依据仿真分析结果设计的冷却水套,满足轮盘试验温度场的要求,验证了仿真计算方法的可行性,对实际大梯度温度场的试验建立具有指导意义。
Based on the current method of disk heating and the requirements of aero-engine disk strength test,the establishing method of large gradient temperature field of disk was studied.ANSYS software was used for thermal analysis and simulation.The disk gradient temperature field was established by adding cooling water jacket.The influence of cooling water jacket coverage area,convection heat transfer coefficient and cooling water temperature on the temperature field were studied.It is found that increasing the area of cooling water jacket can effectively improve the temperature gradient of the disk,while changing the convective heat transfer coefficient of cooling water jacket and cooling water temperature have little effect on the temperature field of disk.The cooling water jacket designed according to the simulation analysis results meets the requirements of the temperature field of the disk test,verifies the feasibility of the simulation calculation method,and has guiding significance for the establishment of actual large gradient temperature field test.
