摘要
乡村要振兴,产业必振兴,全面推进乡村振兴高质量发展,必须更加重视产业融合赋能的作用。曾深度贫困的南疆,是脱贫攻坚的主战场,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重点地区。该文以南疆四地州为例,通过对多个县市、乡村进行实地调研,对获取一手资料进行梳理提炼,全面深入剖析南疆4个乡村振兴典型案例,分析其内在逻辑和实现路径。提出规划先行、构建产业体系、绿色生态3条经验启示,为其他各地进一步深入巩固脱贫攻坚成果、全面推进乡村振兴战略提供一定的“南疆经验”参考和借鉴。
If the countryside is to be revitalized,the industry must be revitalized.To comprehensively promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization,we must pay more attention to the role of industrial integration and empowerment.Southern Xinjiang,which was once in deep poverty,is not only the main region for poverty alleviation,but also the key area for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the four states in southern Xinjiang as an exemplar,through the field investigation of a number of counties,cities and villages,this paper analyzes and refines the first-hand data,comprehensively and deeply analyzes the four typical cases of rural revitalization in southern Xinjiang,and analyzes their inherent logic and realization path.This paper puts forward three experiences and enlightenments of planning first,construction of industrial system and green ecology,so as to provide some"Southern Xinjiang Experience"reference for other places to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promote the strategy of rural revitalization.
