摘要
目的:分析卒中偏瘫患者自我认同感与自我管理能力的相关性。方法:选取2018年10月至2022年10月该院收治的70例卒中偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究,评估患者自我认同感和自我管理能力评分,分析自我认同感与自我管理能力的相关性。结果:70例卒中偏瘫患者自我认同感良好30例,总分(68.40±3.23)分,自我认同感较弱40例,总分(59.55±3.12)分;自我认同感良好患者遵医服药、自我饮食管理、肢体功能锻炼、健康知识管理、人际关系管理等自我管理能力各维度评分均高于自我认同感较弱患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,自我认同感评分与卒中偏瘫患者遵医服药、自我饮食管理、肢体功能锻炼、健康知识管理、人际关系管理评分等自我管理能力各维度评分均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:自我认同感评分与卒中偏瘫患者遵医服药、自我饮食管理、肢体功能锻炼、健康知识管理、人际关系管理等自我管理能力各维度评分均呈正相关。
Objective:To analyze correlation between self-identity and self-management ability in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2022.The patients’self-identity and the self-management ability scores were evaluated,and the correlation between self-identity and self-management ability was analyzed.Results:There were 30 patients with good self-identity in the 70 patients with hemiplegia after stroke with a total score of(68.40±3.23)points;and there were 40 cases of weak self-identity with a total score of(59.55±3.12).The scores of self-management ability such as medication compliance,self-diet management,limb function exercise,health knowledge management and interpersonal relationship management in the patients with good self-identity were higher than those in the patients with weak self-identity,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the self-identity score was positively correlated with the scores of the medication compliance,selfdiet management,limb function exercise,health knowledge management and interpersonal relationship management(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-identity score is positively correlated with the scores of the self-management ability dimensions such as medication compliance,self-diet management,limb function exercise,health knowledge management and interpersonal relationship management in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
