摘要
通过分析现今屋顶花园因建设工序和多专业配合产生的技术问题,结合广州高德置地冬广场Jumeirah酒店屋顶花园,探讨岭南地区屋顶花园营建技术,为营建高质量的岭南地区屋顶花园提供技术分享和经验参考。重点提出屋顶荷载处理、建筑设备美化以及岭南环境要素融合三大关键技术措施,通过结构补强增大荷载,绿化覆土和排水系统降低荷载的方式为设计提供承载力支撑;物理隔断美化建筑设备,景观与建筑幕墙、建筑分缝衔接实现建筑景观融合;乡土植物和适应性材料运用实现岭南环境要素融合。
Based on the analysis of the technical problems caused by the construction process and multi-specialty cooperation of the cur-rent roof garden,this paper discusses the construction technology of roof garden in Lingnan Region by combining the roof garden of Jumei-rah Hotel in Guangzhou GTLand Winter Plaza,and provides technical sharing and experience reference for the construction of high-quality roof garden in Lingnan area.Three key technical measures of roof load treatment,building equipment beautification and Lingnan environmen-tal elements integration are put forward to provide bearing capacity support for the design by strengthening the structure to increase the load,and reducing the load by greening soil cover and drainage system.Physical partition beautifying building equipment,landscape and building curtain wall,building joint to achieve architectural landscape integration;The application of native plants and adaptive materials realizes the integration of environmental elements in Lingnan region.
