摘要
目的探究近20 a来中医药在食管癌治疗中的研究进展及成果。方法以“中药”“食管癌”等为主题词,检索中国知网数据库,检索时间为2002年至2022年,采用文献计量学方法,运用CiteSpace软件对所纳入文献进行计量学分析,绘制可视化图谱。结果检索到文献1118篇,纳入分析文献718篇。2002年至2022年,国内中医药治疗食管癌的文献数量前期呈上升趋势,后期呈平稳波动状态。核心作者13人,发文量总计97篇,占总发文量的13.51%;形成了3个合作紧密的发文机构;中医药治疗食管癌频率较高的关键词为食管癌、中医药、化疗和放疗等;关键词聚类分析形成17类。结论中医药治疗食管癌的研究起始较早,近几年的研究成果相对平稳,以在其他治疗方案基础上再增加中药辅助治疗为主,并深入进行细胞学研究。
Objective To explore the research progress and achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of esophageal cancer in the past 20 years.Methods Using keywords such as“traditional Chinese medicine”and“esophageal cancer”,search the CNKI database from 2002 to 2022.CiteSpace software was used to conduct bibliometric analysis of the included literature and draw visual graphs.Results 1118 articles were retrieved and 718 were included in the analysis.From 2002 to 2022,the number of literatures on the treatment of esophageal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine increased in the early stage and fluctuated steadily in the later stage.There are 13 core authors,with a total of 97 papers,accounting for 13.51%of the total.It has formed three closely cooperating document issuing agencies;The keywords with high frequency of treatment of esophageal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine are esophageal cancer,traditional Chinese medicine,radiotherapy and chemotherapy;Key words cluster analysis forms 17 categories.Conclusion The research on the treatment of esophageal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine started early,and the research results in recent years have been relatively stable,and it is mainly to add the auxiliary treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of other treatment programs,and further cytological studies were carried out.
