摘要
数字学术服务作为数字学术理念衍生的服务新形式及其为高校图书馆服务的数字化创新与变革提供了一条关键路径。文章在总结归纳数字学术服务及能力内涵的基础上,采用德尔菲法、层次分析法构建数字学术服务能力评价指标体系,并引入能力成熟度模型理论,设定各项指标的能力成熟度级别判定标准,结合评分方法,构建了高校图书馆数字学术服务能力成熟度模型,并评估了三所高校图书馆的数字学术服务能力。文章构建的模型为高校图书馆数字学术服务提供科学的能力评价工具及发展标准框架,以期推进数字学术服务能力水平的提升,支撑服务数字化转型。
As a new form of service derived from the concept of digital scholarship,digital scholarship services provide a key path for the digital innovation and transformation of university library services.On the basis of summarizing the connotations of digital scholarship service and its capability,this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method to construct an evaluation index system of digital scholarship service capabilities and introduces the theory of capability maturity model,sets the ability maturity level judgment standards of indicators,combines scoring methods,constructs the digital scholarship service capability maturity model of university libraries,and evaluates the digital scholarship service capabilities of three university libraries in China.The model constructed in this paper provides scientific ability evaluation tools and developments standard frameworks for digital scholarship services of university libraries to promote the improvement of digital scholarship service capabilities and support the digital transformation of library services.
