摘要
目的深入研究双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊在慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗中发挥的作用。方法150例慢性胃炎患者,根据收诊先后次序分为观察组和对比组,每组75例。对比组患者行常规Hp根除治疗,观察组患者在对比组基础上联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、Hp根除情况及治疗前后胃泌素、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.67%高于对比组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率94.67%(71/75)高于对比组的81.33%(61/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者胃泌素、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者胃泌素、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平分别为(70.15±11.41)ng/L、(6.78±2.99)mg/L、(40.28±5.51)pg/ml、(139.25±7.67)ng/L,均显著低于对比组的(101.37±15.44)ng/L、(9.78±2.87)mg/L、(60.17±5.89)pg/ml、(161.25±8.67)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊应用于慢性胃炎Hp根除治疗中的疗效非常理想,并具有较高的临床应用价值,故值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To study the role of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic gastritis were divided into observation group and comparison group according to the order of admission,with 75 cases in each group.Patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional Hp eradication,and patients in the observation group were treated with live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules based on the comparison group.The efficacy,eradication of Hp and the levels of gastrin,inflammatory factor[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%,which was higher than that of 80.00% of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was 94.67%(71/75),which was higher than that of 81.33%(61/75)in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of gastrin,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were(70.15±11.41)ng/L,(6.78±2.99)mg/L,(40.28±5.51)pg/ml and(139.25±7.67)ng/L,which were significantly lower than those of(101.37±15.44)ng/L,(9.78±2.87)mg/L,(60.17±5.89)pg/ml and(161.25±8.67)ng/L in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of live combined bifidobacterium,lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules in Hp eradication treatment of chronic gastritis has ideal efficacy and high clinical application value,and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
