摘要
产教融合实训基地是深化产教融合、校企合作的重要载体,是应用型本科院校培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争能力的高素质应用型人才的重要支撑。以成都工业学院为例,详细分析“校办企业、引企入校、校企共建”多种产教融合实训基地建设模式,并对进一步改善产教融合实训基地的建设和运行管理提出建议。
Industry-education integration has become the consensus of the whole society,and the industry-education integration practical training base is an important carrier to deepen the industry-education integration and school enterprise cooperation,and is an important support for application-oriented universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness.Taking Chengdu Technological University as an example,the con-struction mode of industry-education integration practical training base“university-owned enterprise,introducing enterprises into the school,school-enterprise cooperation”is analyzed in this paper,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the construction and operation management of the industry-education integration practi-cal training base.
