摘要
作为一种微试样试验技术,小冲孔试验不仅试样体积微小,适用于复杂结构局部性能的分析,而且能够满足不同温度及介质环境下的材料力学性能试验要求。近年来,在材料蠕变性能、拉伸性能、断裂性能评价等方面都受到了学者们广泛关注。随着小冲孔试验技术的快速发展,如何利用该技术实现焊接接头性能的准确评价成为了亟待解决的问题。本文针对焊接接头拉伸强度及蠕变性能的小冲孔评价研究进展进行了综述,阐述了小冲孔试验技术在不同焊接结构中的应用,并总结了焊接接头拉伸强度(屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后延伸率)的小冲孔评价方法以及高温条件下焊接材料蠕变应力、应变参数与小冲孔蠕变参量之间的关系,分析了目前研究中的难题,进而对小冲孔试验技术评价焊接结构性能的研究前景进行了展望,以期为相关技术的进一步发展提供参考。
As a micro-sample technology,small punch specimen volume is small and can be applied in the local performance analysis of complex structure.Meanwhile,the small punch test can meet the requirements of material mechanical properties analysis under different temperatures and medium environment.In recent years,the creep properties,tensile properties and fracture properties analysis by small punch test have attracted widely attentions.With the rapid development of small punch test,how to use this technology to evaluate the performance parameters of welded joints accurately has become an urgent problem needed to be solved.This paper reviewed the research progress of tensile strength and creep properties evaluation of welded joint by small punch test.The application of small punch test in the welded structure estimation was also discussed.The evaluation methods for tensile strength(yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,elongation)of welded joint were summarized.The relationship between the creep stress,creep strain and small punch creep parameters at high temperature was presented.The difficulties in current research were analyzed.Furthermore,the research prospect of small punch test in the performance evaluation of welded structure was proposed.We hope this paper can provide suggestions for the further development of related technology.
